Based on what happens later at a party later, there are several continuity issues that may not be "mistakes" but may actually be deliberate in order to show "breaks" in Rose’s consciousness/sanity.. Decent acting, good cinematography, tight editing and engaging direction

The spooks then follow her around being all creepy and not doing much, perhaps as an ironic form of mockery. None of the characters, supernatural or otherwise, seem to be any good at their jobs.This is dimwitted nonsense, but it’s excellently produced. It’s a good time, despite the braindead characters, copy-paste writing, appalling dialogue and endless cliches.

I absolutely loved the first Joker movie directed by Todd Phillips but I have to say what the hell were they thinking going into the sequel.

Unlike the first film, this film has virtually no story, but rather a series of odd gimmicky vignettes that are strung together with musical numbers that got old very quickly and made the runtime much longer than necessary for how much immediately it actually was. I kept waiting in anticipation, thinking this must be building up to some big moment that unfortunately never arrives, and instead I’m left with only disappointment as the movie ends worse than it started. I was on the fence when I saw the trailer, but now that I’ve seen it, I wish I hadn’t. If you’re a fan of the first film, the question is whether or not you’ll like this one, but I wouldn’t recommend it..
